At Prana Veda Yoga and Ayurveda, we strive to offer a variety of ways to learn about and incorporate Ayurveda into your daily life.
One of these avenues is an immersion style workshop where we wake to meditation and morning stretch class, spend time in a class-type setting learning the background and practical aspects of Ayurveda, participate in daily cooking classes and yoga classes, and experience different healing and meditation modalities.
