6:45-7:00 meditation

7:00-7:30 yoga asana

7:30-8:30 breakfast

9:00-12:00 workshop

12:00-1:00 lunch

1:00-2:00 free time

2:00-4:30 workshop

4:30-6:00 yoga asana

6:00-7:00 dinner

7:00- free time

Workshop schedule: Monday: introductions and introduction to Ayurveda, determining your Ayurvedic constitution. Tuesday-Friday: daily cooking classes; Ayurvedic nutrition and food lists; building an Ayurvedic pantry and recipe file; philosophy; dinacharya (personal daily practices); aroma, color, and mantra therapy; Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy; individual Ayurvedic goal-setting.

One afternoon we’ll take an adventure, such as snorkeling at the Kapoho tide pools, swimming with sea turtles at the champagne ponds, lounging at Kehena black sand beach, exploring Lava Tree State Park, or luxuriating at the steam vents, depending on participants wishes.

We’ll also take a trip to the flowing lava one evening (if Pele allows!). Friday evening will be a closing ceremony at the point.
